Hershey Sues Again
Thursday, May 20th, 2010Hershey is suing again. You may remember I spoke about them suing over someone making a Champagne Kiss. Now they’re suing Williams and Sonoma over a brownie pan. While I was going back and forth on who I supported in that case, I might be with Hershey this time. (more…)
